Habitat: Inhabit a wide range of underwater enviroments from areas of high sedimentation, including back reefs, lagoons, Turtle grass beds, and deep outer reefs. Characteristics: Colonies form lobated heades with irregular bulges on the surface. Corallite rims protrude noticeably and are irregular spaced, some almost touching, while others may be separated by as much as their diameter. Usually yellow-brown, occasionally crean to tan; polyps dark brown.
