Tricky one. Peduncle length isn't always the best character to use (at least by itself), especially for beachcast specimens as it dries out and shrivels out of the water. Similarly as it dries out the colour can be distorted. These aren't what I'd refer to as the 'classic' anserifera that's very obvious to ID immediately (orange outline around plates, strong ridges on plates, characteristic tergum shape/angle), but they still have enough of those features for me to call them anserifera instead of say anatifera. I would say there are a lot of undescribed species out there that will be revealed if a genetic study ever happens, and I wouldn't be surprised if this form is one of them. But for now the best match is anserifera.
